Returns and Exchanges
Because most of our items are custom designs, returns are approved on a case by case basis. Shipped items will require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. If you feel that you have received a defective product, please contact us.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of clearance items for any reason.
Approved refunds will not include a refund for any portion of shipping for out of town orders. If you return your item without an RMA, we reserve the right to refuse your return. You are responsible for return shipping charges and we strongly encourage that you insure the return item as you are responsible for any damage or loss during the return shipping process.
